perfectly ripe bananas = the perfect chocolate-banana-protein drink...
..........which i have every morning.
the recipe:
3/4 cup water.
4 ice cubes.
a dash of nonfat powdered milk.
one scoop whole foods soy protein powder (chocolate flavor).
one perfectly ripe banana (see photo above).
put all ingredients into a blender. blend. drink. mmmmmmmmmmmmm.
