instead of working on the pile of orders that are sitting on my desk, i couldn't resist experimenting with a new series that i woke up dreaming about. i am infamous for the lack of colour in my work.......but i just LOVE black + white. to me, it feels so pure and simple and clean and definate. and you can mark my words...next season i bet that BLACK will be the new BLACK !these bowls are still in the greenware stage, but once they are fired will be very black + very white.......i can hardly wait.
