have a seat.

i have a real *thing* for chairs. in 1995 i even opened a restaurant in san francisco and called it "café chaise." i love old beautiful chairs, i love to sketch chairs. i collect chairs. i enjoy sitting on chairs . . . let's face it, chairs are an essential object in our daily lives. and so are plates. so i have combined the two and am working on a new series of chair plates.

you can see them here. here. and here.
