i love cheese. the stinkier, the stronger flavor, the better. i also love to draw cheese. i drew these standing in front of the dean & delucca cheese case in soho. they always have the most handsome selection of cheeses anywhere. i could stand there for days drawing and nibbling on cheese (i would so love to be locked in that store after hours !).

Who can resist the beauty of the wedge? If you love cheese, you should read Liz Thorpe's Cheese Chronicles, excellent book.
