. . . and SPEAKING of france, i've just been accepted to do a residency in the SOUTH OF FRANCE for ONE MONTH ! i will be in a little town right above cannes called vallauris. this is where picasso lived and first worked in clay. i will be there at the end of may until the beginning of july. i get a place to live and 24 hour access to a studio. you will never know how utterly excited i am ! it is the perfect dream come true.

Many congrats!!! My husband and I stayed in nearby Golfe Juan and wandered all day in Vallauris. Fabulous little town... I have beautiful table cloths and dishes from there.
