seeing beauty.

i was part of the sketchbook project 2010. my sketchbook consisted of drawings/findings of beauty that i find in the ordinary, the mundane, and the unexpected. i tried to capture these objects in quick sketches drawn in under one minute. i drew one a day from august 31, 2010 - november 22, 2010.

you can view my entire sketchbook right HERE.

Love your sketches and love the additions of buttons and flattened bottle tops :^) It must have taken a lot of discipline to get a sketch done every day!

I saw this post and I thought ...She stole her book back...but this is the digitized version, right? Don't you want it back? It's so beautiful.

Checking your blog weekly has pushed me to draw more in my sketch book. Great to be able to see them in full. I thoroughly enjoy your drawings, and thank you for putting them up - naomi

I have been trying to carve out some time to fully enjoy this (I have seen the first few pages and am, once again, smitten with your work) I also keep a sketchbook and your work inspires me to keep it going. Thanks for sharing your gifts with all of us!
