we are in vermont for most of september. every summer we come here for a month to get away from the hustle + bustle of our busy lives in the city. it is exceptionally beautiful and peaceful and calm here and easy to get back in touch with nature, which is crucial to my well being. this squash was grown by my brother-in-law who is a phenomenal organic farmer and can grow anything. he brings us large amounts of his exquisite crops. life in vermont is pretty close to perfect.

Great painting! After visiting Vermont a few years back, it's become my favorite place. It's so beautiful there and such wonderful people!
