is it soup yet ?

pureed roasted red peppers . . .

plus potatoes, leeks, onions, herbs, s + p . . .

equals roasted pepper soup !

all of these ingredients were organically grown by my husband's sister's husband. i've never made this soup before so i just winged it . . . and it was tasty, too ! it was the perfect it's-almost-fall vermont lunch.

That looks yummy! I've been making gazpacho in my Vitamix all summer long. I guess it's almost time for hot soup. Sigh...
